Common questions

My scan didn't generate good questions

Make sure the page is well-lit and flat. The AI works from the text it can read — blurry photos produce weak quizzes. You can rescan any page from the Scan tab.

Lecture recording stopped

iOS pauses microphone access for backgrounded apps under memory pressure. Keep the app in the foreground while recording, or use a device with more free storage.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting your data

Everything the app creates lives on your device. Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data removes all of it, or simply uninstall the app.
